Elizabeth is an accounting specialist at Trane Company who has been seen on the LCT stage as Winnifred in Once Upon a Matress and as Zaneeta in the 1986 cast of The Music Man. Elizabeth enjoys reading and playing with her grandson and likes theatre because of the ability to “take people away from their stress for a few hours.” Elizabeth would like to thank Ryan Stotts for convincing her to start doing shows again.

Roxie Hart

Katie is a teller at State Bank and a Viterbo University graduate with a BFA in musical theatre. Katie is making her LCT stage debut but has been seen around town in The Marvelous Wonderettes (The Muse) and in Rent (UW-L SummerStage). Katie likes theatre because of the opportunity to experience life though someone else’s eyes and to inspire those who see it.

EMILY BOURLAND*
June

is new to our stage but has been seen as Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd at the Muse Theatre, as Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing at Viterbo University and is a co-founder of “Theatre in the Raw.”  “Theatre is the most wonderful thing to me in that it is a way to escape the everyday, and yet it is also where you tend to learn a lot about your life in return.” Emily would like to thank her family for being so supportive.

MARCIA BRENDUM
Ensemble

Marcia is a sales associate at the Gap and has been seen on the LCT stage as the Stage Manager in this season’s It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play and as Shirley in The Producers. Marcia also co-directs theatre at Aquinas High School. She enjoys volunteering at LCT because it “is a place for opportunity and growth, where you meet wonderful people and have fabulous experiences.” Marcia would like to thank her friends and family and all those who encouraged.

JENNIFER BROWN
Go-to-Hell Kitty

Jennifer is an attorney at O’Flaherty, Heim, Egan and Birnbaum Ltd. and an LCT board member. She has been seen on our stage in Godspell. Jennifer enjoys running, traveling, cooking and Chicago sports. She volunteers at LCT for the “chance to sing and perform in a positive, friendly environment and to meet so many talented people.” Jennifer would like to thank her husband, Neil, and the Family Law department at O’Flaherty, Heim, Egan and Birnbaum Ltd.

JONATHON BROWN*
Fred Casely

Jonathon is a freshman at UW-La Crosse who is making his LCT debut. Jonathon is a graduate of Logan High School, where he was seen as Max in Lend Me a Tenor and as Ryan Evans in High School Musical and is involved in the Grand River Singers show choir. Jonathon would like to thank his mom for coming to his shows and his former music and theatre directors for “helping me discover what I love to do!”

ERIC Michael BUSSE*
Master of Ceremonies

Eric is a freshman at UW-La Crosse majoring in theatre performance. This is his LCT stage debut. Eric has performed with the Neenah Rocket Players, International Dance Academy-Hollywood, UW-La Crosse and The Movement in Los Angeles. He enjoys board games, long walks and reading. For him, theatre is freedom—to feel emotion, to live large, to share a story and to critique—and he feels blessed to be a part of it. Eric thanks his friend Brian Siggers and his mom and dad for supporting him in “this crazy journey.”

Brenna is a senior at Houston High School who has been seen on our stage as Francisca in West Side Story and in the ensemble of She Loves Me.  Brenna enjoys music, dance and theatre and enjoys volunteering at LCT because of “absolutely everything, but especially the sense of family.” Brenna would like to thank her family and everyone at LCT.

BRIANNA HERBER*

Brianna will be graduating from Viterbo in May and is a bartender at Nighthawks in La Crosse. Brianna is making her LCT debut but has been seen as a featured dancer in Viterbo’s 4:48 Psychosis and Chess. She enjoys crafting, video games, choreographing and is excited to be involved at LCT because of the great season choices and huge age range of those involved. Brianna would like to thank her family and friends.

DANIELLE KING*
Hunyak

Danielle is an indirect account manager at Verizon Wireless who is making her LCT and acting debut. Danielle enjoys dancing, choreographing and playing with her puppy, Cooper. She thinks that theatre is a great creative outlet that combines her love for performing and dancing. Danielle would like to thank all of her friends who have been supportive and encouraging in everything she’s done.

MICHAEL KRUSE
Billy Flynn

Michael is an accountant at Reinhart Foods who has been seen as Freddie Fillmore in this season’s It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play and as Stephen Kodaly in last season’s She Loves Me. Michael is a member of Aces Wild Barbershop Quartet and enjoys fishing, hunting, reading and theatre because of the “friends you make and the bonds formed during the creative process.” Michael would like to thank Aces Wild, his family and friends, who have supported him in this adventure.

JONATHAN LAMB
Ensemble

Jonathan works for Barnes and Noble Bookseller and has been seen at LCT as Snowboy in West Side Story and Nick in Over the River and Through the Woods. Jonathan teaches Zumba, spinning, Turbo Kick and Pilates in the area and enjoys choreographing, in which he enjoys “seeing people do something they didn’t think they could do.” Jonathan would like to thank his family for all their support and love.

Tanya is a vendor risk specialist at Kwik Trip, Inc., who is making her LCT stage debut. Tanya enjoys singing, spending time with family and coaching volleyball. She is excited to return to theatre because it “allows me to step into the life of a character” and because it is expressive, creative, challenging and “most of all, fun.” Tanya would like to thank for family and friends for their support.

Emily is a graduate student at UW-La Crosse studying choral and general music education who has been seen at LCT as Anita in West Side Story and as Ronnette in Little Shop of Horrors. Emily is the dance team coach at Logan High School, is an instructor at Amanda’s Academy of Dance and enjoys volunteering at LCT because of the “opportunity to work with wonderfully talented and supportive people!” Emily would like to thank “Jordan, Mom, Dad, Liz and J.J. for the courage to keep putting myself out there.”

Kayla is a sophomore at Viterbo University studying music education and was last seen on the LCT stage as Rosalia in West Side Story. Kayla likes singing, dancing, show choir and volunteering at LCT because “everyone feels like a part of your family and you always want to be at rehearsal.” Kayla would like to thank her mom and dad for supporting her in everything she does.

Kelsey was seen in this season’s West Side Story and was the guest set designer for It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play. Kelsey enjoys teaching acting classes for LCT’s Spotlight Academy of Dramatic Arts and doing “anything artistic.” Kelsey would like to thank her family, friends and LCT for “indulging my theatre addiction.”

Annie

Lindsay is a junior at UW-La Crosse studying musical theatre. Lindsay is making her LCT debut but has been seen as Muriel in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and as Mary Magdalene in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot, both at UW-L. Lindsay enjoys playing piano, singing and theatre because of the “constant change and discovery it allows for as an actor and an audience member.” She would like to thank her parents for their never-ending support and Ashley for being a wonderful friend and so much more.

AARON WHITE

Aaron is a senior at La Crescent High School who has been seen at LCT as Tony in West Side Story and in the ensemble of Godspell. He has enjoyed volunteering at LCT because of “the amazing family that I have here – I’ll miss y’all!” Aaron would like to thank his parents, family and friends.

NATALIE WIKSTROM
Velma Kelly

Natalie is an administrative assistant for Fair Shake, a prisoner re-entry resource center. Natalie has been seen at LCT as Maria in The Sound of Music and in the ensemble of Godspell. She enjoys listening to NPR, snowboarding and reading. She loves that “theatre makes you learn about history! The more eras, countries and cultures I know about, the more I feel like a citizen of the world.” Natalie would like to thank her mom and dad for their support, and her roommates for their patience.

JENNIFER BURCHELL
Assistant Stage Manager

Jennifer is a paralegal at Murphy Law Office and has been seen on the LCT stage in HONK! (Ida), Something’s Afoot (Miss Tweed) and Camelot (Lady Anne). In her spare time Jennifer enjoys knitting at the Fitting Knit Shop. She enjoys theatre because it is a “welcome relief from reality.”

DIANE FOUST
Music Director

Diane is a professor of music at Viterbo University, where she was the music director for Assassins and 25th Annual Putnam Country Spelling Bee.  Diane has been seen on the LCT stage as the Reverend Mother in both Nunsense and Nuncrackers.  She enjoys golf, reading, walking and theatre because “everybody comes together in a veriety of roles for a common purpose.”  Diane would like thank “the love of my life, Jim, whom I met at LCT in My Fair Lady.

SCOTT JENKS
Choreographer

Scott is a MSA at Community Credit Union who has previously choreographed She Loves Me and West Side Story. He also appeared on stage at LCT in the ensemble of The Producers. Scott is also a member of Grand River Singers. He would like to thank his mom and dad, and Greg for this outstanding opportunity.

DAVID KLITZKE
Stage Manager

David is an independent lighting designer who is making his LCT debut.  You may have seen his designs around town both at the Muse, where he designed lights for Sweeney Todd and The Marvelous Wonderettes, and at La Crescent High School’s Bye-Bye Birdie. David enjoys karaoke and “other nerdity” and theatre because it “is my art and my passion.  Nothing drives me like creating a show that moves an audience to greater understanding of themselves and the world.”

Dillon McArdle
Set and Sound Designer

Dillion is from Minneapolis but grew up in Las Vegas. He received a bachelor of arts degree in technical production and design from Viterbo University. Professional credits include the Great River Shakespeare Festival in Winona, Minn., the Virginia Shakespeare Festival in Williamsburg, Va., and the Commonweal Theatre Co. in Lanesboro, Minn. Dillon thanks all the volunteers who have given countless hours and, most of all, his wife, Megan, who supports him in every way.

Greg Parmeter
Director

Greg earned his MFA from the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Professional acting credits include seasons with the Nebraska Repertory Theatre, the Virginia Shakespeare Festival, the Northern Fort Playhouse in South Dakota, and a tour with the Hampstead Stage Company, a children’s theatre based in New Hampshire. Previously, Greg taught elementary special education, worked as the Technical Director for Aberdeen Central High School, and as an instructor and director with T.O.Y. Box Children’s Theatre.

Mandy Parmeter
Costume Designer

Mandy is in her third season at LCT and is originally from Aberdeen, S. Dak. She received her bachelor’s degree in music education from Northern State University, where she discovered a passion for theatre. After a year of teaching music, she moved to Lincoln, Neb., to study costume design. She received her MFA in costume design in May 2005. Her work has taken her from Oklahoma to Washington, Virginia, Nebraska, and Wisconsin. Mandy and Greg are looking forward to their one-year-old son, Benjamin, growing up in the La Crosse community.

JEN WILKINSON
Choreographer

Jen teaches Spanish at Central High School and you may have seen her choreography in The Producers and in numerous other shows since 1994. Jen’s favorite hobby is cuddling with her new baby, Liam, and she enjoys volunteering at LCT because of the friendly, fun atmosphere that produces top-quality, amazing shows.
