Jason is a student at UW-La Crosse studying music education and is making is LCT debut. Jason enjoys music, theatre, facebooking and hanging out with friends and family. He would like to thank his mom and dad, the UW-La Crosse music and theatre faculty and his friends.

Mel Carroll

Mel is a production weaver at Bear Creek Fibers in Tomah and was last seen at LCT as Ilona in She Loves Me. Mel enjoys dance, outdoor activities and singing in the rock band Checkered Past.  She likes the family that doing theatre creates. Mel would like to thank her husband, mom and all her family and friends.

Larry is a staff minister at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in La Crosse and is making his LCT stage debut. Larry enjoys golf, camping, family and competitive pistol shooting. He enjoys LCT because of the quality of the shows.

Carlyn Corcoran

Carlyn works for Credit Bureau Data and is making her LCT debut. Carlyn enjoys performing with the Grand River Singers, reading, volunteering, and rollercoasters. Carlyn would like to thank her fellow Grand River Singers for their support and friendship, her “taterpillar” and Ben--“you’re my favorite.”

Tom is a sales representative for Collins Outdoor Advertising who has been seen at LCT as King Pellinore in Camelot and Ranger Tom in Escanaba in Da Moonlight. Tom enjoys golf and would like to thank the cast, crew and audience.

John Divney

John is a freshman at Aquinas High School who has been seen on the LCT stage in the ensembles of Masquerade and Cinderella.  John enjoys guitar, baseball, taking care of his “bro”, wrestling, dancing and football. He enjoys theatre because of “the people and how I can be myself.”  John would like to thank “the academy.”

Christopher R. Dresen

Christopher is a landscape contractor who has been seen on the LCT stage as Dinadan in Camelot and as Baker in Into the Woods. He enjoys biking and kite flying. Chris would like to thank “all the kids in the neighborhood I’ve managed to scare; they are my inspiration for this role.”

Malorie is a junior at Holmen High School who has been seen at LCT as Sandy in Monster in the Closet. Malorie enjoys singing, dancing, show choir, band and theatre because “I love performing for a crowd and becoming a character.” She would like to thank her family and friends for putting up with her crazy schedule.

Skyler is a sophomore studying musical theatre at Viterbo University who is making his LCT debut. Skyler likes to sing, dance, draw, scrapbook and choreograph. He would like to thank his parents, friends and supporters.

Annelise is a freshman at Logan High School who has been seen on the LCT stage as Louisa in The Sound of Music and Penny in HONK!. Annelise enjoys ballet, baking, reading, singing, playing the piano and theatre at LCT because of the “chance to work with such talented, dedicated and fun people.” She would like to thank her parents, Jennifer Gulsvig, and the cast and crew.

John is n the 10th grade at La Crescent High School and is making his LCT debut. Thomas likes to sing, hang out with friends and do theatre. He would like to thank “everyone in the cast!”

Brenna is a senior at Houston High School who has been seen at LCT in the ensembles of last season’s She Loves Me and Camelot.  Brenna enjoys anything music related and likes the sense of family at LCT. She would like to thank everyone at LCT and her family.

Hannah Fernandez

Hannah is a freshman at Central High School who has been seen on the LCT stage in shows including Cinderella (Narrator) and Babes in Toyland (Little Miss Muffet). Hannah enjoys singing, dancing, and acting. She likes theatre because of the different characters she gets to play and the close-knit families that are formed. Hannah would like to thank her family, friends, the entire creative production team and cast, and her mom and dad: “I love you guys!”

Devin Horne

Devin is a recent graduate of St. Olaf College who was last seen on the LCT stage in 2005’s Damn Yankees. Devin enjoys reading, writing and spending time outdoors and he loves “having the opportunity to explore the different levels of human communication though theatre” and “the supportive community here at LCT.” Devin would like to thank his family and the community for “supporting outstanding theatre.”

Annie Jackson

Annie is in the 11th grade and has been seen on the LCT stage as an Usherette in The Producers and as Lucy in The Goodbye Girl.  Annie enjoys arts and crafts, listening to Karl’s stories and doing theatre at LCT because of “the professional atmosphere.’  Annie would like to thank “ma and pa, and my puppies!”

Jon is a senior at Logan High School and a teller at Coulee Bank who is making his LCT debut. Jon enjoys parkour (free running), reading, break dancing, karate and theatre; because it is “breat exercise and you meet new people.”  Jon would like to thank his mom and dad, and Emily and Jordan.

Lizzieis a sophomore at Aquinas high school who has been seen on the LCT stage in the ensembles of Masquerade and Big: The Musical. Lizzie enjoys dancing at La Crosse Dance Center and is on the Aquinas dance team.  She enjoys working with the “amazing casts & crew” at LCT. Lizzie would like to thank her Mom, Dad and Peter.

Jonathan is a morning supervisor at the Raddison who has been seen on the LCT stage in as Nick in Over the River and Through the Woods and in The Goodbye Girl. Jonathan teaches zumba, turbo kick and spinning. Jonathan would like to thank his family for always wishing him well.

Alyssais in her 5th year at Viterbo studying music education and elementary education and is making her LCT debut.  Alyssa has been involved in the Viterbo Platinum Edition show choir for 5 years and she enjoys meeting new people doing theatre and being on stage. Alyssa would like to thank her family and friends.

Sarah is a freshman at Viterbo University and a dietary aide at Villa St. Joseph. Sara is making her LCT debut, but has been seen in productions at Aquinas High School. Sara enjoys singing, theatre, piano and likes theatre because it is a great way to meet people and have fun!  She would like to thank her family and Peter Bosgraaf.

Lisa is a senior at Central High School and has been seen on the LCT stage as Cynthia in The Goodbye Girl and in the ensemble of Godspell, Jr. Lisa is a member of Grand Central Station show choir and enjoys reading, biking and cooking. Matt is a senior at UW-La Crosse who is making his LCT debut.  Matt enjoys golf and tennis and likes theatre because “I get to pretend to be someone else and meet new people.” He would like to thank his parents for “always accepting my crazy interests” and Chelsey for encouraging him to try out.

Emily is a student at UW-La Crosse earning her Masters of Education in choral and general music.  Emily is a member of the Grand River Singers, coaches the Logan High School dance team and is an instructor at Amanda’s Academy of Dance and has been seen on the LCT stage as Ronnette in Little Shop of Horrors and Virtue in Anything Goes. She would like to thank Greg and the production staff, her family, and her “Nanerpuss.”

Nicholas is a student at the Salon Professional Academy and is making his LCT debut. Nicholas enjoys singing, dancing, movies, spending time with friends and family and the “theatre environment.”  He would like to thank his family and his Aquinas dance team girls for giving him the freedom to coach and be in the show.

Ryan is a teller at State Bank who was last seen on the LCT stage as Mordred in Camelot. Ryan enjoys blogging, philosophizing, avant-garde cinema yoga, creating art and theatre because of its transformational power. He would like to thank his La Crosse family for their love and support.

Jordan has been seen on our stage as Jesus in Godspell and was a crew member for The Producers. Jordan enjoys tennis, soccer, skiing, Grand River Show Choir and trying new things. He likes LCT because of “the open, friendly work environment.” Jordan would like to thank his parents and Becky Lussky & Connie Bader for “showing me how fun theatre is.”

Kelsey is a recent graduate of UW-Oshkosh with a degree in acting and design who is making her LCT debut.  Kelsey enjoys writing, guitar, anything and everything creative and she enjoys the theatrical process: creating a piece of art with the audience, cast, crew and production team.”  She would like to thank her family, friends and LCT.

Aaron is a senior at La Crescent High School and a cashier at Festival Foods. He has been seen on the LCT stage as Ugly in HONK! And as Ralphie in A Christmas Story.  Aaron enjoys spending time with friends, sleeping and he likes LCT because of “the amazing people.”  He would like to thank his family and the LCT staff.

Greg Parmeter
Director

Greg earned his MFA from the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Professional acting credits include seasons with the Nebraska Repertory Theatre, the Virginia Shakespeare Festival, the Northern Fort Playhouse in South Dakota, and a tour with the Hampstead Stage Company, a children’s theatre based in New Hampshire. Previously, Greg taught elementary special education, worked as the Technical Director for Aberdeen Central High School, and as an instructor and director with T.O.Y.Box Children’s Theatre.

Dustin Bagstad
Co-Musical Director

Dustin is a sophomore at Viterbo University who has been a musical director for The Producers and The Sound of Music at LCT. Dustin enjoys auto racing, playing cards and flying kites and enjoys LCT because of the variety of people you get to meet and work with.  Dustin would like to thank Anna Smerud “-you know why.”

Mary Blaha-DeBoer
Co-Musical Director

Mary works for the La Crosse School District, is a Tastefully Simple consultant, and a cantor at the Newman Center. She music directed The Sound of Music and Something’s Afoot at LCT. She loves that LCT allows people from all walks of life to learn and grow together and make magic! She thanks Don, Amanda, and Avery for  letting her do her thing—again—and the entire cast and crew.

Scott A. Jenks
Co-Choreographer

Scott is a MSA at Community Credit Union who has previously choreographed She Loves Me and as been seen on stage at LCT in the ensemble of The Producers.  Scott is also a member of Grand River Singers. He would like to thank his mom and dad and Greg for this outstanding opportunity.

Anna Smerud
Co-Choreographer

Anna is a senior at Viterbo University studying music education and is an instructor at Misty’s Dance Unlimited.  Anna has previously choreographed HONK!, Godspell and Cinderella Kids here at LCT.  She enjoys working with the fun and talented cast and crew at LCT.  Anna would like to thank “Dustin… and my family and friends… but mostly Dustin.”

Tami J. Wolden
Stage Manager

Tami works at Franciscan Skemp and is an active LCT volunteer. Tami’s credits here at LCT include assistant director of The Producers and stage manager of Godspell. She appeared as Maureen/Snowy/Lowbutt in this year’s production of HONK! She also has been involved at The Pumphouse Regional Arts Center, Appleseed Community Theatre, and Lincoln Middle School. Tami enjoys travel, fiber arts, and movies and would like to thank Mark “for his continuing support and understanding about my theatre habit(s).”

Marcia Brendum
Assistant Stage Manager

Marcia has been seen on the LCT stage in The Producers. She enjoys shopping at the Gap, acting and LCT because “there is a chance for anyone to be a part of great theatre.” Marcia would like to thank everyone at LCT “thank you for letting me share the West Side experience!”

Dillon McArdle
Technical Director/Set/Lighting/Sound Designer

Dillon is from Minneapolis but grew up in Las Vegas. He received a bachelor of arts degree in technical production and design from Viterbo University. Professional credits include the Great River Shakespeare Festival in Winona, Minn., the Virginia Shakespeare Festival in Williamsburg, Va., and the Commonweal Theatre Company in Lanesboro, Minn. Dillon thanks all the volunteers who have given countless hours of time and, most of all, his wife, Megan, who supports him in every way.

Mandy Parmeter
Costume Designer, Costume Supervisor

Mandy is in her 3rd season here at LCT and is originally from Aberdeen, S.D. She received her bachelor’s degree in music education from Northern State University, where she discovered a passion for theatre. After a year of teaching music, she moved to Lincoln, Neb., to study costume design. She received her MFA in costume design in May 2005. Her work has taken her from Oklahoma to Washington, Virginia, Nebraska, and Wisconsin. Mandy and Greg have recently celebrated the birth of their son Benjamin in October and look forward to him growing up in the La Crosse Community.
