La Crosse Community Theatre is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Although we are successful at creating theatre, ticket sales can provide only a portion of necessary income to match our expenses. We depend on the generous support of those who believe in the arts in La Crosse.
There are several options to consider when making a gift. For individuals, you can become a patron donor, name a seat, join our “In the Wings” legacy program, and offer in-kind gifts for items or services.
Donations may be mailed to:
La Crosse Community Theatre
428 Front Street South
La Crosse, WI 54601
For more information about any of the following donation options, please call 608-784-9292 or email us.
Patron donations are monetary gifts made in addition to the purchase of season tickets. Patron donation income goes into the general operating fund. Patron donors receive the following benefits:
Most patron donors make donations in the spring when they purchase season tickets, but we accept patron donations at any time.
Our “Name a Seat” campaign continues for Weber Center for the Performing Arts.
Show your support for LCT and take the opportunity to etch your name in theatre history. With a tax-deductible donation of $3,500, $1,000, $750, or $250, you can name a seat.
When you name a seat, an inscribed plate will be attached to it, creating a lasting memory in your name, in the name of a loved one or a friend, or in recognition of a company or organization.
Seats are available by section but specific seats will be assigned based on availability, payment, and postmark date. Grouped seats will be kept together.
You can leave a bequest to La Crosse Community Theatre and become a lifetime member of our legacy program – “In The Wings.” Special recognition for this commitment includes your name in the program, identification at the annual Patron Gala, and a special annual recognition social event to honor your lifelong support of LCT.
An in-kind donation is a non-monetary contribution and may include goods or services.
Please contact our executive director, David Kilpatrick, by phone at 608-784-9292, ext. 3, or email to explore how your services can support the theatre.
Donations will be taken by appointment only. We ask that all potential donors call the appropriate LCT staff member before making a donation. All items must be clean and in reasonable condition. Once an item is donated it becomes property of LCT to use, manipulate, donate, dispose of or sell as we see fit. No unsolicitied donations may be left at the Weber Center.
Costume donations will only be accepted at the 508 Main Street Annex by appointment. Please contact our executive director, David Kilpatrick, by phone at 608-784-9292, ext. 3, or email to set up an appointment.
Set and prop donations need to go through Dillon McArdle. Please call 608-784-9292, ext. *129, or send an email.
