2026–2027 Season to Be Revealed Live at Gypsy Opening Night
Be the First to See What’s Next at LCT
Something big is coming to La Crosse Community Theatre—and if you want to be the first to know, you’ll want to be in the room for it.
In just one week, LCT will unveil its highly anticipated 2026–2027 season, and it’s happening live during opening night of Gypsy at the Weber Center for the Performing Arts. This special moment will turn an already exciting night of theatre into a can’t-miss event for anyone who loves what LCT brings to the stage.
Audience members at opening night won’t just experience the energy and excitement of Gypsy—they’ll also get an exclusive first look at what’s coming next. Even better, those in attendance will have the opportunity to purchase season tickets that night, securing tickets before they're released to the general public.
“This season is built around a central idea: a search for something deeper,” said Executive Director Erik Vose. “Each production invites audiences to explore connection, meaning, and what it is to be human—whether through comedy, music, or powerful storytelling.”
The upcoming season promises a dynamic mix of productions across LCT’s Broadway, Blackbox, and Staged Reading series, along with continued investments in youth programming and accessibility. As noted in the season brochure, the lineup is designed to “uplift, challenge, and celebrate the magic of live theatre in all of its forms.”
“LCT’s upcoming season is full of shows that are both old and new to us,” said Artistic Director Mary Cate Wesling. “We want to honor where we’ve been by producing shows that we know are favorites to our patrons and volunteers alike. But we also want to reach new heights by producing shows we’ve never done before in our 64 years as an organization. This upcoming season is central to our mission and vision of growth and tradition!”
If you’re not able to attend opening night, the full season will be announced publicly shortly after, with tickets becoming available to everyone else at that time. But for those who want the inside track—and the best chance to lock in their ideal seats—opening night is the moment.
So come for Gypsy. Stay for the surprise. And be among the first to experience what’s next at La Crosse Community Theatre.
